YAIT Shipping Policy
1. General Information - We at YAIT are committed to delivering high-quality sporting equipment and accessories across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, charges, and other important details to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
2. Shipping Locations - We currently ship across India, covering major cities, towns, and selected remote areas. If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will notify you at the earliest.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all orders placed on the website.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your shipment on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for purchases through the website. Ensure the correct shipping address and phone number are provided to avoid delivery issues.
8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, it will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
